Session Deposit Policy
When setting up an appointment, a $100 deposit fee will be charged and sent via PayPal or Chase QuickPay. The deposit fee must be paid in full prior to scheduled session. $75 of each session fee will go towards print credit or towards a collection. (A $5 processing fees will be applied using PayPal)
Session fee includes: time, travel and minimal editing.
Session fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance but can be used towards previous sessions or gift credit for friends and/or family. All sessions must be scheduled at least a week in advanced.
Session can be rescheduled due to weather.
For in-home newborn sessions, an additional $25 travel fee will be assessed.
No camera or phones are allowed on site or during sessions. If phones or cameras are present, sessions may be called and session fees will not be refunded.
Collection & Viewing Policy
All sessions must be viewed in-person or Facetime/Skype within 14 days of session date.
For online self-serve viewing, an additional $25 will be assessed.
All orders will take up to 1-2 weeks for deliveryby pick-up at Mandi’s home to avoid damage in the mail.
Once session has been viewed and ready for purchase, there will be a max of 2-3 days to make a full payment for packages or CD's. If payment is not issued within 2-3 days, a $50 penalty fee will be applied.
If sessions are not up to par, another appointment may be scheduled upon request within 2 weeks of session date (unless C&M is fully booked).
Once reshoots are arranged, previous session will no longer be available.
All images are owned by C&M Imagine, H&H Imagine, LLC prior to CD purchase. All sessions will automatically serve as part of C&M's portfolio and/or viewing examples but use for advertisement will require Model Release. Anyone underaged requires a parent or guardian's consent prior to use in advertisement.
All C&M portraits are copyrighted. Images cannot be scanned or copied via print.
For modeling and acting purposes, images must be purchased on hard copy disc for full use.
All images being used for social media must be from a CD.
